Rich first discovered World of Warcraft from a mention in WIRED where it was referred to as World of Warcrack, and he wondered what this MMO business was all about. While it was his first MMO it wasn't his first RPG. He bought his first many years ago as a pre-teen spending his allowance on computer games to play on his father's Epson Equity II. Even with its blazing fast 640KB RAM and generous 12 inch monochrome monitor he was hooked on RPGs.
When he picked up WoW in 2005 it turned out to be a perfect fit for his analytical play-style. His first character was Finnmaccool a NE Druid who he leveled as Balance and raided in MC as Resto. After hitting 70 on Finn and becoming frustrated by the challenges of HoT healing in early BC he decided to start Stoney.
Stoneybaby became his main in March 2007 when he joined Unorthodox. A year later as a progression raider, an avid PvPer and a guild leader he found there were not enough (or any) active Enhance Shaman blogs. Thus he created "Windfury Crits" the Enhancement Shaman blog covering PvE, PvP, and pretty much everything else relating to the wonderful world of Enhance. Stoney's main spec is Enhancement raiding, off spec is Enhancement PvP. Other talent trees are for other people. Enhance for life!
